Business Development and Sales Manager (Enterprise Solution Selling) DACH

AINA is looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager to expand Solution Selling (SaaS & handheld devices) sales of real-time voice communication solutions for business & mission critical communication in the DACH area. Main duties are selling SaaS products and IoT devices directly to businesses (B2B) and with reseller partners.

The position is part of the global sales team at AINA, working with multiple departments within the organization including Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing. The sales manager will be part of the entire sales process from finding and closing new customers, managing existing and new key accounts, helping resellers and distributors in joint sales efforts.

This position will be fully remotely. The person may reside anywhere in the DACH area.


  • Experienced in solution selling (enterprise SaaS, IoT devices and audio devices is a plus).
  • Finding new B2B customers and resellers for AINA’s solutions.
  • Knowledge of mobile phones/devices, apps, and networks.
  • Ability to use modern sales tools (Hubspot, etc.)
  • Experience in working remotely.
  • Experienced in working as part a team of product managers, engineers and marketers.
  • Self-driven and a great communicator both internally and externally.
  • Experience in building a pipeline of opportunities and closing deals.
  • You have 5 years of experience from similar sales roles in SaaS business.
  • Fluent in German and English.
