If you are having an issue with your AINA device, please fill in the following Return form (RMA) to be able receive a replacement, refund or repair as soon as possible within the warranty period. However, before entering an RMA request, please check our Guides and Manuals or FAQ to resolve the issue.

To successfully complete your RMA form, you will need the product’s serial number found either on the side of the sales box or on the back of the device itself.
